Bug Description

Binary package hint: gnome-applets

When booting up Ubuntu sometimes my notification area icons are out of place, missing, and/or don't function. This happens on the two x64 machines I have running Lucid with all updates installed.

The screen shot should hopefully clarify this a bit.
