Bug Description
In maverick, the taskbar window selector shows the first opened window on boot with a really small button. This problem disappears after another window is opened. Attached is a screenshot depicting the problem.

getting the same behavior here, will try to reproduce with the trunk version, gnome-panel or libwnck has not changed a lot since lucid.
