Bug Description
Binary package hint: gnome-panel
Using Lucid 32bit
I am using a dual head system with a 2nd monitor attached to my laptop. I have a gnome-panel on the bottom of my 2nd monitor but when I use the laptop without the 2nd monitor the panel that was at the bottom of it moves to the laptop display, giving me two panels at the bottom. I would expect that when the 2nd monitor is not used the panel to "remember" it is on the 2nd display and not display on the laptop display.
I currently have buttons to hide the display, so it doesn't interfere with my laptop screen, but this is far from ideal.
