Bug Description

Binary package hint: gnome-panel

When dime/date applet has several locations set and a checkbox is set to display temperature and weather, then this applet steals focus every time it updates the weather information.

1. Fully up to date Lucid (upgraded from Karmic)

I have this problem too, but like Sebastien, I question whether it is due to the weather applet. I noticed that killing gnome-panel (which presumably kills all of its child applets) doesn't seem to fix the problem. Only a logout / reboot seems to work.
