i cant set up a new gnome panel

Binary package hint: gnome-panel

since my last update yesterday (MEZ) i have the bug #552016 - i switch return to no 3D settings. without 3D docky don't work. i set my cursor over the gnome-panel on top - in german: "neues Panel Anlegen" - make a new panel - this have no impact

btw: battery-applet (in panel on top) always flicker ;)

ok, after a reboot i have 4! panels. i kill two of this. an now i have a gnome desktop whitout 3D - but all works.
"is this a patch or a workaround?!" ;)
