Bug Description
Binary package hint: gnome-panel
I have customized my gnome-panel abit.
I don't run it in the "expanded" mode, other than that it's standard with the panel in the upper section.
But on every logout or reboot the panel seems to loose its settings. For one, the location is set to bottom of the screen and the order of icons and "applications, places" etc is re-arranged.
If I right-click into "properties" to change the panel to the be set the orientation to "Top" the drop-down box just jumps down to "Bottom" again. To actually make the orientation "Top" again I have to first "expand" the panel, then set it to "top" after that I can de-select "expanded"
