Bug Description

Binary package hint: gnome-panel

trying to add FUSA (indicater-applet to gnome panel causes panels to be removed, restart is need to get the back. there is no other way to restart or shut down from panels

Steps to reproduce:
1. remove FUSA from upper gnome panel (aka indicater-applet) from gnome paenl
2. Adding FUSA back to panel
3. all gnome panels are gone
4. use reset/power button on tower
5. panels are there again without FUSA

I expect the panels to stay and it be added to panel

Sorry the name of the entry in add to panel is "indicator applet session"
however point still stands as users may overlook the "session" name
