This happens on desktop build immediately after login
does not always happen but normally on first login it does

to correct
I log out and login and most of the time it goes away

aren't those the icons for the ubuntu one ? are you running that?

I unistalled ubuntu one so no it is not ubuntu one
I removed the folder and and the keys

could you attach the output of ps aux &> psaux.txt ; there must be something showing those icons.

please do not change the privacy of the bug without giving a good reason, setting this back to public, still waiting for the info.

Pedro, I have had to complete rebuild system.
Hardware and software are modified.
This only happened when the notification was on the side and the cairo-dock also had an issue similar during the same time. The notify area and the notify app on the cairo-dock both had this problem.

I do not see this issue now.
Giving the command in terminal I get nothing returned now.
