Bug Description

The "Find Local Support" string under System -> Help can't be translated. As you can see
in the screenshot, the string is
untranslated in my Spanish desktop, but I can't translate it because
it's template in Rosetta
(https://launchpad.net/distros/ubuntu/dapper/+source/gnome-panel/+pots/gnome-panel-2.0/es/+translate) doesn't contains
those strings.

It can't be translated into Spanish because is not in the Rosetta's template.

Thanks for your bug. It has already been fixed with this upload:

 gnome-panel (2.14.1-0ubuntu2) dapper; urgency=low
 .
   * debian/patches/09_help_submenu.patch:
     - fix string not marked for translation
   * debian/patches/11_applet_use_session_dialog.patch:
     - define a "/apps/panel/global/upstream_session" gconf key to use the
       upstream sessions dialogs instead of the Ubuntu one
     - only the upstream mode has a shutdown applet (Ubuntu: #37179)
