The two things I do most often with my main menu (after using it) are
1. Adding/Removing choices, by managing options in the System > Preferences > Main Menu window
2. Modifying the properties of a choice, either fixing the icon or changing its launch command
I don't have to do this very often, admittedly, but whenever I do it is annoying to rediscover that I cannot access a menu items Properties by simply right-clicking it, and it is similarly annoying to be unable to Edit Menus unless you right click at the very top, which I only recently discovered, or more likely go to System > Was it Preferences or Administration? > Ah yes. > Main Menu
Would it qualify as a papercut fix to have an "Edit Menus" option to the context menu of every menu item, and a "Properties" option to the end of a leaf item?
Apologies in advance if this is a duplicate, but I didn't come across anything similar. |
