"Shut down" applet and strange font change

I filed this bug against gnome-panel since I believe the code belongs to this package (although it is technically an applet).

First, the "Shut down" applet appears in the "Add to panel" dialog, I'm not sure whether we want it here or not (provided that we have only one dialog with all logout/shutdown options) ?

Then, here's the small problem : after about a second, the title font changes into a smaller one (the text doesn't change nor does any other element of the dialog).

Manu, the font issue is http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=331766 upstream probably and is fixed on my box. We will mask the applet, if you want to do the patch for that you are welcome!

Here's a patch removing the shutdown applet. I have not applied any Ubuntu patch before editing the code, hope this is the right thing to do.

Manu, thank you for the patch but I've used a different approch and set a gconf key to use rather the upstream session dialogs or the ubuntu one, that applet is only used with the upstream case. This upload fixes the issue:

   * debian/patches/11_applet_use_session_dialog.patch:
     - define a "/apps/panel/global/upstream_session" gconf key to use the
       upstream sessions dialogs instead of the Ubuntu one
     - only the upstream mode has a shutdown applet (Ubuntu: #37179)
