Bug Description
When using picture as panel background, all transparent or semi-transparent areas of the picture become yellow, and non-transparent areas get a blue tint. (so black areas of the picture show as blue, and grey becomes light blue)
This happens at least with both PNG and SVG images, using Ubuntu Dapper Drake and gnome-panel 2.14.0.
