Bug Description
When running dual monitors with separate X screens, anything launched from the menubar running on DISPLAY=:0.1 is opened on DISPLAY=:0.0, it should open on the same display i.e. DISPLAY=:0.1
Anything launched via "Run Application" dialog (ALT+F2) or from a terminal running on DISPLAY=:0.1 is opened correctly on DISPLAY=:0.1
