Window List applet shorten on right panel

Bug Description
I'm using Intrepid. I have wide-screen monitor, so I want the default top and bottom panel to be located left and right.
So I move the top panel to left, looks fine. But the problem is the bottom panel, when I move it to the right, the Window List applet tittle bar shorted to only "....." (see screenshot). I move the applet to the centre, still the same thing. The Wordspace Switcher applet is gone.
