Bug Description
1. Create a launcher on the desktop (Right click mouse)
2. Don't specify an icon (keep the default icon)
3. Close dialog
4. Alter properties of launcher --> specify an icon right now
5. Close dialog
6. Move launcher to top-panel => launcher on top-panel gets back the default-icon !
If you create a launcher and specify the icon at the time the launcher is created, then the icon
is persistent, that is to say, when the launcher is moved to another panel it keeps the icon.
Of course, this is a rather small detail and can be overcome easily by specifying the icon at creating the launcher
