Suspend causes logout (dapper)

Bug Description

When choosing suspend from gnome menu, I am logged out before the system suspends. This is new behaviour, it used to keep the user logged in. And to my mind this is the wanted behaviour: I want to suspend the machine to be able to resume working some time later without worrying about data loss.

I agree with this, and have the same problem. This happens with Hibernate as well. I am using the logout dialog from the applet (top-right).

Marking as confirmed.
