Personal file locations in "places" not working

Bug Description
I am using the latest updated beta of ubuntu 8.10. I have discovered another bug. When i go to the "places" menu, none of the "Documents" "Pictures" "Videos" and other shortcuts work. However, the all the buttons below the separator work.
