Bug Description
First day of the week in Finland (using fi_FI.UTF-8) should be Monday, not Tuesday. Not sure what is causing this, but this was working in Hoary / Gnome 2.10. Maybe offset is somehow moved twice?

It was reported that home-build Gnome 2.12 does not have this problem, so this seems to be related to Ubuntu. A fix for breezy would be very welcome.
