Bug Description

Panels have a maximum width of 120 pixels. This is annoying when I want to use
the swallower applet on, say, my buddy list from gaim, which likes to be a bit
wider than that. I can "fix" this by setting the width manually in gconf, but
it tends to reset itself when I mess with panel locations.

Thanks for your bug. What is the interest to use a panel to put the gaim list?
Vincent, any opinion on this bug as upstream?

120 sounds already big ;-)
But maybe it should be a percentage of the screen height or width. If you want
to open an upstream bug, go for it ;-)

I've forwarded the bug upstream:
http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=326326. That limit is not a frequent
user complain but there is no reason to have a limit on it right?
