Bug Description
Binary package hint: gnome
Gnome panels change order in layout each restart of X Window.
To reproduce:
1. Place both panels at the top, the one with the menu above the one with the taskbar.
2. Restart the computer.
3. The order of the panels now has changed.
Expected behaviour:
The look of the desktop should be the same at the beginning of the next session as it was at the end of the previous one. Panels should stay in the same positions.
Using the fully upgraded Hardy.
