in the dialog of ctreating a launch button, drag and drop inserts address in non-appropriate format

Bug Description
When drag and dropping file icon into the field for launch command, it inserts the file address that includes file:/// in the beginning and two service characters in the end (see screenshot). This format is inappropriate here and the user have to correct it manually.
