moveing the taskbar

Bug Description

i've moved the bottom task bar to the top , and then i turn the auto hide mode on...
then the system confused... i can do nothing to solve this problem... because i can't reach to adminstatory tools , because the task bars didn't work yet...

thank you for your bug report. the description is not clear though, how is the system confused exactly, why can't you reach the tools, how the task bar didn't work? could you describe easy steps to trigger the bug?
