Bug Description
Binary package hint: yelp
I have observed this issue in the Released 8.04 as well as various alpha versions. When I startup Ubuntu and if I immediately proceed to open the Date/Time in Gnome Panel, then the entires panel becomes unresponsive. I am unable to click on the On button to select a Restart, and if I Ctrl+Alt+Del and click on Restart, Ubuntu then also does not Restart. I was able to use Switch User, but when Ubuntu Gnome came back up the Gnome Panel was mostly blank. This issue does not seem to occur if upon Ubuntu startup I don't immediately go to Date & Time then Gnome panel seems to act normally.
