gnome-panel crashed with SIGSEGV in clock_zoneinfo_get_coords()

Binary package hint: gnome-panel

When I select "San Antonio, Kelly Air Force Base" in the clock, it crashes gnome every time.

Also, the time zone when you select "san antonio" itself is incorrect.
