World clock does not support case insensitive search in Greek

Bug Description
If Greek is chosen as default language world clock will provide the correct translations to Places, but it won't successfully search Places if typed with a different case. For example if I search "Αθήνα" will return results but "αθήνα" won't.
Maybe this affects other languages too.
Tested on Ubuntu Hardy Beta up to date as of March 28th

Can someone try this in another language besides Greek or English? This functions as expected in English. I'd imagine that it has something to do with the alphabet...
