Bug Description

I am using Ubuntu Hardy Heron development development branch.
This version has a nice calendar applet with location information. When I added Bombay as one of my locations, I noticed that it used Pakistan Standard Time instead of Indian Standard Time. This needs correction. Also, Bombay and Madras names have been changed to Mumbai and Chennai. If possible, these names are to be corrected.
