New "Add to Panel" dialog is huge

Bug Description

The new "Add to Panel" dialog is so large, it doesn't fit on my lowly laptop screen.

I have to agree with this. I liked the old width, but I like the idea of
categorized it.

It is a bit too large, indeed, and the default width/height will soon be
reduced. However, this dialog should fit on the screen in any resolution. It
works fine for me (up-to-date breezy) : when switching to 800x600, or even
640x480, the dialog never takes more than 3/4 fo the screen (in height). What
resolution are you using on your laptop screen ?

Patch to reduce "add to panel" dialog's default size

This patch downsizes the "add to panel" dialog. But then again, even without
this patch, the dialog should always fit on the screen ; if it doesn't, maybe
the cause is somewhere else...
