gnome-panel depends on libwnck16

Bug Description

gnome-panel 2.11.4-0ubuntu1 depends on libwnck16 which appearently has fallen
out of main into universe to be replaced by libwnck17. Not sure if there are any
issues with depending on libwnck17; if so libwnck16 should be brought back into
main.

Thanks for your bug, the package just needs a rebuild, I'm waiting for the new
version that should come today or tomorrow for that
