It seems that crash is in gnome-menus library not in panel...

The library was loaded on the gnome-panel process's behalf, so might as
well be the way that gnome-panel is using it.

gnome-panel only calls gmenu_tree_load_sync when it get changed signal. Everything else in stacktrace after that call is in gnome-menus library.
