default panel icons missing in hoary

Bug Description

The default panel icons don't appear in hoary. Here's some output in
.xsession-errors that may indicate why. :-)

Unable to open desktop file /usr/share/mozilla-firefox.desktop for panel
launcher: Error reading file '/usr/share/mozilla-firefox.desktop': File not found
Unable to open desktop file /usr/share/evolution-2.2.desktop for panel launcher:
Error reading file '/usr/share/evolution-2.2.desktop': File not found
Unable to open desktop file @DATADIR/yelp.desktop for panel launcher: Error
reading file '@DATADIR/yelp.desktop': Invalid URI

   * debian/patches/04_default_panel_config.patch:
     - point to the right desktop files (Hoary: #6621).
