Bug Description

Every time I log in to my Ubuntu computer user profile, one or two indicators are missing from the panel. Someitmes it's bluetooth, sometimes it's the time, today it's the power off button. No crashes Ubuntu reports seem to be related to this. I am running Ubuntu 13.10 Saucy Salamander 64-bit and all my packages are up to date. 32-bit libs are installed. Gnome-panel version is 1:3.6.2-0ubuntu15. My computer specs go as follows:
Laptop : Lenovo IdeaPad B590
Processor: 2x Intel(R) Celeron(R) CPU 1005M @ 1.90GHz
Memory: 3623MB (684MB used)
The missing indicators seem to be random every time. I can not think of anything what would affect this.

Not a solution, but are the indicators displayed following a 'gnome-panel --replace' command?
