2007-06-24 13:43:02 César bug added bug
2007-06-24 13:44:49 César description Binary package hint: gnome-panel Hello, I'm running Ubuntu Feisty, with Gnome and Beryl. Sometimes (I can't figure out when or why) the gnome panels won't appear (only my desktop appears). At other times, it's the desktop icons that won't appear (even if I drop some icon on the desktop it won't work). Once both problems appeared at the same time (The only thing on screen was my wallpaper, but if I opened some program with Alt+F2 it would run normally) This problem occurs only sometimes in the startup, so when I change something I have no idea if it worked or not. Tried removing some things that run in startup (only thing I had added was Beryl), but the problem still happened. If I open the ~/Desktop folder with nautilus everything looks ok. If I use the ps -aux command, gnome-panel and nautilus appear to be running. If I kill the process (gnome-panel or nautilus, depending on what's not working) it appears and everything goes back to normal... Is it happening to anybody else? Thanks in advance Binary package hint: gnome-panel Hello, I'm running Ubuntu Feisty, with Gnome and Beryl.
