clicking top menu highlights firefox icon

After opening Firefox (possibly before as well, but might happen with another icon), if you click on one of the top menus (Application, Places, or System), the Firefox button is highlighted as well as the menu. I guess it's not a major issue, but slightly annoying nonetheless.

i'm using ubuntu 7.04 feisty fawn, the 64 bit version, but i've had it
happen on the 32 bit as well.

i'll post a screenshot as soon as i can

Here's the screenshot, and confirmation that it does happen even before you open Firfox, usually with one of the icons on the right top bar.
