Cancel button for "New Menu"

Binary package hint: alacarte

There is a cancel button for "New Item", but none for "New Menu"... therefore it's not obvious to use the "X" (Top right button).

Philip, we use "Fix Committed" when the bug is fixed upstream and not in Ubuntu yet
