Bug Description

I am using hoary and after any update using ether synaptic or the new "Ubuntu
update manager" the logout, lock screen, take screenshot and possibly other
buttons, dissapear from the "System" menu section of the Menu Bar aplet of the
Gnome-panel.
I was in the Irc and i know I am not the only one with this issue.

Steps to reproduce
1. update your computer using ether synaptic or Ubuntu update manager
2. buttons disapear form menu
3. must restart gnome (possibly just gnome-panel) somehow in order to get the
buttons back

expected results
buttons should not disapear

reproducable:
allways i think (its happened every time i used synapitc since moving to hoary
yesterday but thats like 3 times and thats not that great of a testing pool)

(this is my first hand-filled-out bug I have reported hope I filled it out in
the right place in the right manner :) )
