Bug Description

To reproduce:

1. Clean install raring 26th jan daily.
2. Install gnome-session-fallback and enter session.
3. Add fish applet to panel, then remove it.

still happening in gnome-panel in ubuntu 13.10, just install it and for example remove the bottom bar with alt+win key right mouse and remove... it will crash it's ok nothing else happen, but it crash... is just anyoing, unfinished...

This bug is trivial to reproduce on any computer, therefore no strack trace is required by the developers - if they really want one, they can generate it easily.
