Package gnome-paint is not translated in Dutch

Bug Description

When you do a vanilla install of gnome-paint, it is not translated into Dutch.

After some searching, I encountered this page:

Exporting the .mo-file and installing it into my system, did translate the package; although not fully, because items under menu-item 'Image' ('Afbeelding' in Dutch) were still not translated.

So apart from the Image-menu, gnome-paint seems to be translated but this translation is not uploaded into the package system.

Using 12.04.

Status changed to 'Confirmed' because the bug affects multiple users.

Changed in gnome-paint (Ubuntu):
status: New → Confirmed

I can confirm this for 13.04 as well.

As stated by the original poster, there are two separate issues involved:

1. The translation isn't being pulled at installation, so gnome-paint is 100 % untranslated by default;

2. Even after manually adding the translation file to the system, a part of gnome-paint still remains untranslated. This part (the menu items under the header "Image" in the toolbar) are not translatable *at all* in the .po file.
