Bug Description
<splash> "Wel-"
<splash closes, Orca window opens> "Orca Screen Reader slash Magnifier frame"
_Maybe_ that's a bug, and Orca is supposed to leave the splash up until it's finished reading the welcome message. If that's technically possible (and the splash disappears if you try to do anything else, i.e. press escape, alt+f2, alt+f1, alt-tab, etc), then great!
But if Orca is just assuming that start-up is going to be slow enough to finish reading the splash/welcome message, I think that's bad programming :-).
