I don't see this in orca version 3.0.0 (from Ubuntu 11.04).
It sounds like a pure coding bug, so I guess it has been fixed for everyone.
If you upgrade to Ubuntu 11.04 or above at some point, it would be great if you could test this again, so the bug can be closed (or not).
