When Orca preferences opens the screen reader activates alone

Binary package hint: gnome-orca

When the preferences of the Orca is open to configure / reconfigure the only screen magnifier, screen reader active alone (even with speech off).

And while trying to close the preferences orca, is the locking of speech-dispatcher.

I do not know if the bug is the Orca or speech-dispatcher...

This bug is no longer relevant because screen magnifier is not configured with Orca since years. We should close it.
