Bug Description

Steps to reproduce:

1. mv ~/.config{,.d} && ln -s ~/.config{.d,}
2. Open Online Accounts in System Settings.
3. Try to add another Jabber account. Done button will be unresponsive as will pressing Enter.

I am going to try to work around my use case by using a bind mount but the motivation is that I would like to keep my data in an alternate location, e.g. Dropbox, and then symlink it into ~/.config.
