Online accounts keeps asking authorization

Online accounts regularly asks for account authorization to access my online accounts, these are google accounts, but also IRC and plain jabber.

Sometimes, I need to reboot to get back into my accounts.

Status changed to 'Confirmed' because the bug affects multiple users.

I think this is what's happening still today with up to date 10.40:

Accounts are expired, but when I do the sign-in process successfully, they still are reported expired. Tested with Google and Facebook accounts.
