One possible reason is conflict with the Bluetooth driver, which can be fixed by updating the driver to the latest version. Another reason could be changes to the power settings, leading to dropped connections. To address this, disable Bluetooth mouse power management in the Device Manager. Additionally, a corrupted Bluetooth profile might be the culprit, and you can attempt to fix this by resetting the Bluetooth profile in the Settings app. If these steps don't resolve the issue, reach out to the computer or Bluetooth mouse manufacturer for further assistance. source: https://softepo.com/
