Bug Description
Binary package hint: gnome-mount
I accidentally attempted to unmount my iPod while an app was using it in Feisty, and got:
* Popup Error Dialog: An application is preventing the volume 'IPOD' from being unmounted.
* P E D: An application is preventing the volume 'IPOD' from being ejected.
* P E D: No caption, just an Error icon and an OK button.
This is absurd behavior and should be streamlined into something more friendly, like a single libnotify popup or even a single error box.

This does not only affect Ipods, it applies to any removable storage and any application using data on that device when you try to eject/unmount it. This is probably a duplicate of some other bug but as it happens on my system (thats why i'm here) I can confirm that it is the case.
