I've just installed Karmic and I noticed that the "Accessories" menu uses the "applications-
It should use the "applications-

Thank you for bringing this bug to our attention. However, a paper cut should be a small usability issue, in the default Ubuntu 9.10 install, that affects many people and is quick and easy to fix. So this bug can't be addressed as part of this project.
-I'v check this with 2 installs and i can confirm this bug an fresh installs. on a fresh install this problem seems to arise. accessories icon is used. /wiki.ubuntu. com/PaperCut.
But when a system is upgraded , there is no such problem , the applications-
Thought this is a bug , this is not a usability bug.Hence not a papercut.
