Binary package hint: gnome-media
Hello! I’m using Natty, and I noticed that sounds (e.g. music) caused by X applications turns off when switching to the text console (e.g., Alt+F1).
I suspect this is intended behavior caused by a setting somewhere, not a bug in Pulseaudio or anything similar. That is why I’m entering this bug under “gnome-media”: the application that is presented to the user to control sound (both via the panel sound applet and via menu/preference
