Sound Recorder Cancel button not working properly

Karmic 9.10rc After making a recording and playing back I click the X in the upper right to Close Window. On the dialog popup clicking Cancel button to cancel the operation actually closes without saving the application and it shouldn't. Clicking the X on this popup also closes the application and it shouldn't. I might add that on the File Menu Close and Quit work properly
