Bug Description

[Impact]
gnome-logs 3.24.2 was released with one bug fix: scrolling performance now works much better.

3.24.2 also updates the Croatian translation.
https://git.gnome.org/browse/gnome-logs/log/?h=gnome-3-24
https://git.gnome.org/browse/gnome-logs/tree/NEWS?h=gnome-3-24

gnome-logs is currently in universe, included by default in Ubuntu GNOME and Ubuntu Budgie

[Test Case]
Install the update
Switch to the All category
Scroll down with a mouse wheel (or on a touchpad or similar).
Scrolling shouldn't be slower than scrolling in other apps.

[Regression Potential]
GNOME has a standing microrelease exception for Stable Release Updates.

https://wiki.ubuntu.com/StableReleaseUpdates#GNOME

This is a minimal bugfix-only micro-release.

Hello Jeremy, or anyone else affected,

Accepted gnome-logs into zesty-proposed. The package will build now and be available at https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/gnome-logs/3.24.2-0ubuntu0.1 in a few hours, and then in the -proposed repository.

Please help us by testing this new package. See https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Testing/EnableProposed for documentation on how to enable and use -proposed.Your feedback will aid us getting this update out to other Ubuntu users.

If this package fixes the bug for you, please add a comment to this bug, mentioning the version of the package you tested and change the tag from verification-needed-zesty to verification-done-zesty. If it does not fix the bug for you, please add a comment stating that, and change the tag to verification-failed-zesty. In either case, details of your testing will help us make a better decision.

Further information regarding the verification process can be found at https://wiki.ubuntu.com/QATeam/PerformingSRUVerification . Thank you in advance!

I tried the version in proposed and the performance improvement is significant. I didn't notice any regression. Marking as verification-done.
