gnome-lirc-properties won't recognize /dev/lirc0 if available

Gnome-lirc-properties won't recognize a serial receiver if connected to the system and shown by hal.

To partially resolve this issue, I have added the following lines to /usr/share/gnome-lirc-properties/receivers.conf:
