Bug Description

Binary package hint: seahorse

after upgrading to ubuntu 10.04, my GPG passphrase needs to be entered at least once after logging in before it is cached and used automatically. in ubuntu 9.10 and earlier, i only had to enter the passphrase once, and it was cached across reboots and logouts/logins. this is with the option "Always remember passphrases whenever logged in" is selected.

before entering my passphrase and caching it, i can see it is already stored with my other passwords in the 'passwords and encryption keys' application (in accessories folder).

yes. whenever i reboot the system or logout/in (start a new gnome session) and enigmail needs my passphrase, it asks for it. i have to cancel out of that dialog, open up 'accessories > passwords and encryption keys', and copy and past my passphrase into the enigmail dialog. then, my passphrase is cached and remembered throughout my gnome session.
